Sharjah// Five Pakistani men have been arrested on suspicion of attacking and robbing a compatriot in a dispute over money.
Sharjah police said the five suspects were friends with the victim and after learning he had Dh34,000 on his person they attacked him and took the money.
Officers investigating the case discovered the five men had a financial dispute with the victim which lead to the attack.
During interrogation they confessed to attacking the victim. They are currently detained and will be referred to the public prosecution
