Here is your digest of what is making the headlines in the Emirates.

The UAE Lottery has launched two new games, called Marble Run and Lucky Lagoon, with a top prize of Dh1.25 million.
The games will be regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA), and are now live on the UAE Lottery website under the E-instants category.
In Marble Run, players select one of five racing balls and choose from six ticket price options (Dh5, Dh10, Dh20, Dh30, Dh40, or Dh50). As the marbles race down a track, they encounter obstacles with multipliers, which can increase or decrease the final prize.
Players win by finishing in first, second, or third place, with rewards up to Dh1 million.
Lucky Lagoon, meanwhile, is an underwater adventure where players select from six ticket prices (Dh5, Dh10, Dh20, Dh30, Dh40, or Dh50) and search for fish hidden in eggs. Players win by uncovering prizes in chests, and the top prize is unlocked by matching all pairs of fish across three areas.
With 23 prize tiers, the top prize is Dh1,250,000.

Dubai’s Deyaar unveils towering residential project with 'royal palace'

Dubai’s Deyaar Development has unveiled one of the tallest residential projects in the UAE, rising to more than 110 floors, as the emirate’s property market continues to perform strongly amid higher demand from buyers.
Downtown Residences, with a height of 445 metres, will be built near Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai and Business Bay, the Dubai-listed developer said on Tuesday.
The project, in the shape of a twin tower, will have 522 homes, including a mix of one to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and an exclusive “royal palace” at the summit. The project is set to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2030.
“We are confident that this landmark project will not only set a new standard for luxury living but also create exciting investment opportunities,” said Saeed Al Qatami, chief executive of Deyaar Development.

First recorded sighting of fish species in Abu Dhabi hailed

Abu Dhabi environment chiefs have hailed the first recorded sighting of a whitespotted grouper fish in the emirate's waters as a “major biodiversity milestone”.
The Environment Agency Abu Dhabi captured the species on camera in September and it has been officially documented.
The fish is not considered critically endangered globally but its presence in Abu Dhabi waters is rare and was previously undocumented.
It is now registered on the international FishBase database, a global biodiversity information system, with Abu Dhabi as a recorded location, marking a first for the region.
“The first recorded presence of the white-spotted grouper (Epinephelus coeruleopunctatus) is a major biodiversity milestone,” the EAD told The National on Tuesday.
